The company reached a 62% renewable electricity usage rate in 2025, moving closer to its 35% reduction target for Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 2030. To support these climate objectives, Envalior has deployed N2O abatement technology and heat electrification, while securing third-party validation from TÜV SÜD for the life cycle assessments of its base polymers. This data-driven transparency allows both the manufacturer and its clients to pinpoint and mitigate emission hotspots within the supply chain.
Beyond climate metrics, the firm saw measurable gains in its social and circular resource pillars. All six of its European facilities achieved Operation Clean Sweep certification, and the company expanded its use of recycled feedstocks, including plastic waste and pyrolysis oil from post-consumer tires. CEO Calum MacLean emphasized that these metrics are not just compliance exercises but essential components of the company’s competitive strategy. With employee engagement rising to 78% and a new global living wage policy in effect, the report serves as a roadmap for the company's long-term goal of offering a fully sustainable material portfolio by 2030.
