Balbuena arrives with over a decade of operational expertise, most notably driving a 200-agent expansion during a Manhattan franchise relaunch in 2021. Throughout her career, she has managed support systems for more than 1,800 agents across seven distinct offices. Her new mandate centers on leveraging the firm’s private ownership model to deepen investments in agent growth and luxury market services.
Chris Raveis, President of Residential Sales, pointed to Balbuena’s history of building high-performing teams as the primary driver for the hire. The company currently operates from an Upper East Side hub in Manhattan and seven locations across the Hamptons and North Fork, including key outposts in Montauk, Southampton, and Greenport. Balbuena plans to integrate the firm’s proprietary platforms, such as its Elite Concierge Services and wealth management offerings, to accelerate regional growth.
