Prism Intelligence, or Pi, functions as an architectural layer integrated into the core of the company’s software ecosystem. By unifying data across HR functions, the system seeks to transition organizations from manual administrative management to automated operational optimization. This includes specific AI-enhanced modules for compliance, applicant tracking, performance management, and automated communication, all designed to reduce the administrative burden on HR teams.

Complementing the backend intelligence, Prisma serves as an AI assistant that provides contextual guidance to users as they navigate daily tasks.
