The reimagined space acts as a physical manifestation of the Detroit-based company's online marketplace, housing a curated selection of nearly 300 products. Customers can browse deadstock sneakers, apparel, and collectibles available for immediate purchase at current market prices. Beyond retail, the location streamlines the seller experience by allowing local users to drop off orders directly, bypassing traditional shipping logistics.
CEO Greg Schwartz described the expansion as a vital step in connecting with the city’s dense network of collectors and resellers. Designed under the "Always Building" concept, the interior utilizes modular fixtures and flexible zones to accommodate content creation, brand activations, and product launches. According to Brendan Dunne, senior director of customer community and engagement, the goal is to foster tangible interactions within the sneaker scene, moving beyond the screen to build real-world rapport. The store operates daily from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., with an opening week promotion offering $25 off purchases of $150 or more for the first 100 customers.
