Segway Powersports Puts Super Villain SX20T to the Test at Hellas Rally

Navigating the punishing mountain trails and rocky river crossings of Greece’s Evia Island, Segway Powersports pushed its flagship Super Villain SX20T through the seven-day Hellas Rally Raid. The grueling event served as a high-stakes proving ground for the vehicle’s endurance and traction in one of Europe’s most demanding off-road competitions.

The Super Villain SX20T tackled the extreme terrain powered by a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine, delivering 235 horsepower and 380 N•m of torque. To manage the diverse landscape, the unit utilized a 7-speed automatic transmission paired with K-Man 3.0 adjustable dampers. Drivers leveraged selectable drive modes—Normal, Race, and Climb—alongside a front locking differential to navigate the transition between fast gravel sections and technical mountain passes.

This performance in Greece follows a broader 2026 racing campaign that saw the Super Villain secure a third-place finish in the UTV Pro Stock Modified class at the Mint 400 in Las Vegas. Beyond the rally circuit, the brand recently acted as the official sponsor for the Red Bull Erzbergrodeo in Austria, featuring a modified AT10 model. These competitive outings are central to the company’s strategy of utilizing real-world stress testing to drive product development and solidify its footprint within the European off-road market.
