GreenArrow Expands Mid-Atlantic Reach with HBC Company Acquisition

GreenArrow has acquired Lodi-based HBC Company, a specialist in highway lighting and intelligent transportation systems, to bolster its footprint in the Mid-Atlantic region. The deal merges HBC’s New Jersey and southern New York operations with GreenArrow’s existing infrastructure platform in eastern Pennsylvania to streamline regional service delivery.

GreenArrow Expands Mid-Atlantic Reach with HBC Company Acquisition

Led by Gerard Hoogendoorn, HBC Company provides critical electrical services for aviation lighting, public roadways, and industrial end-markets. The acquisition serves as a strategic extension for GreenArrow, which operates a nationwide network of transportation infrastructure and electrical maintenance services. By integrating HBC’s specialized capabilities, GreenArrow aims to connect its disparate regional operations into a more cohesive, high-density service corridor.

Lloyd Kuehn, CEO of GreenArrow, highlighted the cultural alignment between the two organizations as a primary driver for the transaction. For HBC, the deal provides access to expanded resources and corporate systems while maintaining the regional expertise established in Lodi. The acquisition is part of an ongoing effort by GreenArrow to pursue additional partnerships and scale its influence within the transportation infrastructure sector.
