Medsender Secures Spot on Inc. 5000 for Second Consecutive Year

Founded in 2015, the platform targets the persistent bottleneck of front-office operations by deploying AI agents to manage faxes, patient referrals, and lapsed-patient outreach. By integrating with over 20 major electronic health record systems, the service allows medical staff to move away from manual documentation toward patient-focused care. Co-CEO Salman Haque noted that the platform aims to handle routine background tasks reliably, reserving human judgment only for complex exceptions.

The firm currently supports more than 1,000 practices nationwide, with growth bolstered by new referral management tools and automated patient reactivation features. Co-founder Zain Qayyum emphasized that this scaling is a direct reflection of the platform's utility, noting that the company’s rapid expansion is tied to the measurable efficiency gains seen by its users. As administrative costs continue to strain independent clinics, the company’s focus on replacing manual point solutions with a unified automated architecture has become its primary driver for market adoption.
