CirTran Revenue Climbs 596% as Vapor Products Drive Profitability

A 596% revenue surge in the second quarter has pushed CirTran Corporation into its second consecutive period of operating profitability. The Las Vegas-based firm, known for its HUSTLER-branded goods, reported net sales of $1.17 million, signaling a sharp reversal from the operating losses recorded in the same quarter last year.

The company’s quarterly performance was anchored by a 628.7% jump in gross profit, which reached $619,024. This expansion was driven by high demand for the firm’s vapor product line and a broader retail footprint, resulting in a healthy 52.8% gross margin. While total operating expenses climbed by 64.8% to $458,396, the increase remained a fraction of the revenue growth, highlighting significant operating leverage. Chairman and CEO Iehab Hawatmeh credited the results to strict cost discipline and the rapid scaling of the vapor category.

For the first half of 2026, CirTran reported net sales of $2.33 million, a 270.8% increase over the prior year. Beyond operational gains, the company’s bottom line received a boost from the extinguishment of over $2.3 million in time-barred debt. This contributed to a reported net income of $2.11 million for the six-month period, a notable shift from the $718,186 loss seen in the first half of 2025. The company continues to lean on its 32-year history in manufacturing to pivot toward high-demand consumer segments.
