Kolluri served as a first-chair trial lawyer during his tenure at the U.S. Attorney’s Office, where he held leadership positions including Deputy Chief of the Healthcare Fraud Section and Deputy Chief of the Violent Crimes Section. His federal background spans investigations into financial fraud, public corruption, money laundering, and cybercrime, alongside extensive work on False Claims Act matters. Having tried more than 15 cases to verdict, he is now tasked with representing companies and individuals in civil litigation, internal investigations, and white-collar defense.
Chicago office co-managing shareholders Rita M. Powers and Meredith L. Katz noted that Kolluri’s dual perspective on both civil and criminal litigation strategies offers a distinct advantage for their clients. Before his federal service, Kolluri spent six years in private practice handling class actions and securities enforcement. He earned his law degree from Washington University in St. Louis and remains focused on applying his prosecutorial experience to navigate complex regulatory challenges.
