The collaboration leverages SNC’s expertise in mission systems integration alongside Seekr’s proprietary platform, which emphasizes observability and data provenance. A steering committee featuring SNC CEO Fatih Ozmen, Seekr CEO Pat Condo, and former Morgan Stanley investment banking chairman Cyrus Behbehani will oversee the project’s strategic direction. Initial efforts focus on upgrading aircrew decision-making processes, specifically targeting threat prioritization and the development of dynamic courses of action that align with established tactics and procedures.
Beyond aviation, the partners plan to scale these AI capabilities across space, maritime, cyber, and ground domains. The integration will utilize SNC TRAX software, which currently connects over one million systems. By moving AI processing to the tactical edge, the companies intend to reduce latency and provide actionable insights for counter-UAS and ISR missions. The project is designed for rapid deployment, with early capabilities expected to transition into active mission environments within months.
