The service functions in the cloud, requiring no active input from the user, which is a critical design choice for the elderly demographic. It covers a broad spectrum of communication methods, including landlines, VoIP, and mobile devices on both iOS and Android. While direct consumer enrollment is currently available via the company’s website, Sentien CEO Jonathan Wolinsky noted that the firm plans to roll out formal integrations with major cable, wireless, and telecommunications carriers starting in the third quarter of 2026.
