The project spans a significant footprint, featuring a 53,000-square-foot neighborhood hospital equipped with 29 inpatient beds, four operating rooms, and dedicated emergency services. Complementing the clinical facility, nearly 75,000 square feet of medical office space will be housed across two new buildings, providing a central hub for primary care and specialty physicians serving western Palm Beach County.

This development integrates into the broader Avenir Town Center, a 200,000-square-foot mixed-use destination that recently welcomed a new Publix.
