By focusing on the Community Catalyst Program and the Trailblazer Fellowship, the initiative allows teachers to serve as primary architects of their own AI readiness strategies. These programs have already proven effective in diverse environments, ranging from remote rural districts to large urban school systems.
Over the next two years, the funding will fuel a significant expansion of classroom resources tailored for grades 3–12. Beyond curriculum development, the organization plans to launch professional learning communities for administrators, addressing the isolation often felt by school leaders introducing new technology. CEO Alex Kotran emphasized that the success of these programs relies on empowering educators to act as champions within their specific communities. With a total reach that has already surpassed 1.9 million students nationwide, this phase of the project seeks to establish sustainable, replicable blueprints for districts from California to Florida.
