Quarterra Breaks Ground on 387-Unit Apartment Complex in Murrieta

Located at 25480 Jefferson Ave. near the I-15 and I-215 interchange, the site sits within an hour's drive of San Diego and Orange County. The development is strategically positioned to serve commuters working at nearby major employers, including Abbott, Kaiser Permanente, and Rady Children's Hospital. For Dan Ferguson, Quarterra’s managing director of development for Southern California, the project represents a response to the city’s demand for high-quality residential options backed by strong schools and local retail access.

The complex will feature floor plans ranging from 700 to 1,385 square feet, offering one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts. Interior specifications include quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and smart home technology packages. Residents will have access to an 11,500-square-foot clubhouse, a resort-style pool with cabanas, co-working spaces, and an outdoor pet park. This marks Quarterra's first venture into the Murrieta market and its 13th development across Southern California.
