Luxshare Precision Sets New 2030 Sustainability Roadmap

The company’s updated strategy focuses on a 1.5°C climate pathway validated by the Science Based Targets initiative, with a long-term commitment to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050. Recent data indicates the company is already gaining traction: clean energy now accounts for 64% of its total consumption, while absolute Scope 1 and 2 emissions have dropped by 25% since 2022. These gains are bolstered by a rigorous supplier engagement program that resulted in 56,560 MWh of energy savings throughout the past year.

Governance remains central to this transition, overseen by a board with 37.5% independent and female representation. Beyond environmental targets, Luxshare Precision is tightening its supply chain oversight. During the 2025 reporting period, the company conducted audits across 1,815 suppliers, identifying and remediating over 2,300 risk-related issues. This includes full traceability for 3TG minerals sourced exclusively from RMAP-conformant smelters. Internally, the firm reports an 11% year-on-year reduction in injury rates, supported by a network of 60 labor unions and expanded diversity initiatives. According to Chairman and CEO Grace Wang, the focus remains on embedding these sustainable practices into product lifecycles, specifically through the scaling of clean technologies like electric vehicle components and energy storage systems.
