New DIY Digital Platform Simplifies Modelo 210 Filing for Spain Owners

For foreign property owners in Spain, the annual Modelo 210 tax declaration has long been a source of bureaucratic friction. A new digital platform, EasySpanishTax.com, aims to bypass professional fees by offering a guided, do-it-yourself filing system designed to keep non-resident owners in control of their compliance.

New DIY Digital Platform Simplifies Modelo 210 Filing for Spain Owners

Developed by Björn Ingbrant, the service targets holiday home owners, retirees, and investors who reside outside of Spain. By replacing traditional, high-cost third-party assistance with a step-by-step online interface, the platform allows users to manage their tax obligations while living abroad. The system is specifically tailored to address the complexities of the Modelo 210, which remains mandatory for anyone holding Spanish property, regardless of whether the home is used privately or rented out.

Beyond tax filing, the Manilva-based Enova Estates S.L. has expanded the platform into a centralized digital hub. Users can now upload and store essential records—such as title deeds, NIE certificates, IBI receipts, and insurance policies—within their personal accounts. This integration provides a secure, single point of access for documentation required by lawyers, banks, or future property sales, effectively shifting the portal from a niche tax tool to a broader administrative resource for international owners.
