Before launching his current venture in 2018, Nguyen successfully built and exited two previous technology companies, Campus Special and Hirewire. His latest project, Vintage Modern, focuses on handcrafting more than 250 vehicles annually. These machines cater to a high-profile clientele, including Mark Wahlberg, LeBron James, and Ryan Reynolds, while maintaining a global following of over 4 million enthusiasts.
Nguyen credits the award to the resilience and discipline of his team, noting that their work aims to define an entirely new category within the luxury space. The EY program evaluates candidates on long-term value creation, entrepreneurial spirit, and impact. As a regional winner, Nguyen will advance to the national competition held this November at the Strategic Growth Forum, where he will contend for the title of National Overall Award winner and a potential spot in the 2027 World Entrepreneur Of The Year competition.
