Cabell joins the Brentwood-based operator following her tenure as Chief Community Relations Officer and Head of Sales at A Place for Mom. Her career also includes a stint as Chief Executive Officer of Harmony Senior Services, providing her with a broad perspective on both community management and referral services. Recognized for her industry impact, Cabell was recently inducted into the McKnight's Women of Distinction Hall of Honor. Her return to the firm is framed as a homecoming by company leadership, including Chief Operating Officer Mary Sue Patchett, who cited Cabell’s 25 years of experience as a primary asset for advancing the company’s current sales initiatives. Brookdale, the largest senior living operator in the United States, continues to manage care for approximately 46,000 residents while maintaining its public listing on the New York Stock Exchange.
