Luxer One Debuts Unified Access Management Platform for Multifamily

Property managers currently juggle a fragmented landscape of vendors for building security, amenity access, and resident entry. Luxer One is attempting to consolidate this complexity with the launch of Luxer Access, an end-to-end management system designed to handle everything from hardware installation to ongoing resident support.

Luxer One Debuts Unified Access Management Platform for Multifamily

Unveiled at the NAA Apartmentalize 2026 conference in New Orleans, the platform aims to replace the common practice of stitching together separate contracts for visitor management, package delivery, and common area security. By acting as a single point of accountability, Luxer One seeks to minimize the points of failure that often plague multifamily property technology.

Josh Middlebrooks, President of Luxer One, noted that the platform leverages the company’s existing footprint of 12,000 properties and the security infrastructure of parent company ASSA ABLOY. The system integrates hardware and software with dedicated project management teams, providing property staff with real-time visibility into building operations. Beyond the technical integration, the service model includes 24/7/365 support for residents and maintenance teams, maintaining a reported 99.9% uptime. This expansion marks a strategic shift for the company, moving beyond its roots in package lockers into the broader category of total property access control.
