The resort, part of the Hyatt Inclusive Collection, underwent a rigorous evaluation process that included unannounced, in-person inspections and anonymous overnight stays. Chris Andersen, Director of the AAA Diamond Program, noted that the property joins a select tier of hospitality establishments that consistently meet the highest standards for amenities and guest care.
Since opening in May 2023, the resort has distinguished itself through its Endless Privileges program, which includes private butler service and curated culinary offerings across seven distinct venues. Beyond the luxury amenities—ranging from oceanfront infinity pools to a four-story water slide—the property maintains a focus on environmental stewardship. Through a partnership with the Saving Our Sharks Foundation, the resort integrates marine conservation into its operations, dedicating a portion of every stay to protecting regional ocean habitats. General Manager Mourad Essafi credited the staff’s attention to detail for the recognition, framing the award as a benchmark for luxury travel within the Caribbean and North American markets.
