This automated workflow allows inventory updates to flow outward while pre-screened renter information routes back into the manager’s existing dashboard. By eliminating duplicate data entry, the system helps operators maintain compliance with emerging fee transparency and lease cost disclosure standards.
Richard Cupelli, CEO of AffordableHousing.com, stated that the goal is to enhance operational efficiency without introducing new, complex workflows for staff. The company plans to demonstrate these capabilities at the Apartmentalize 2026 conference in New Orleans, where attendees can view the integrated systems at Booth 123.
