The expansion marks a significant milestone for the firm, which has increased its New York footprint tenfold over the last decade. By occupying floors 31 through 37 at 343 Madison Avenue, the firm gains a prime location with direct access to the Grand Central Terminal’s Madison Concourse. The new facility, designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, will feature over 330 offices, a double-height client club, and private terraces, with move-in slated for October 2029.
Simultaneously, the firm is doubling down on its current hub at One Vanderbilt. By June 2027, the firm will add an additional floor to its existing lease, creating 175 new offices. Chairman Ira Coleman described the move as a reflection of the firm’s agile, growth-oriented strategy in a market he considers the world's premier destination for high-end legal work. BXP, the developer behind 343 Madison, noted that the project is built to meet the demand for high-performance, sustainable workspaces that attract top-tier legal talent.
