The Austin location represents a significant shift for the company, integrating a 141-room resort with The Ranch Home Collection, a private community of 134 home sites. Designed by the Texas-based firm Lake Flato, the site emphasizes a seamless connection between indoor facilities and the surrounding landscape. Guests will have access to a 40,000-square-foot spa, a specialized Women's Wellness Collective, and a 12,000-square-foot medical center staffed by physicians and clinicians.
Culinary operations at the resort will be led by Michelin two-star chef Val M. Cantú, who will oversee Estella, the property's anchor restaurant. Beyond the clinical and dining offerings, the resort features extensive outdoor infrastructure, including 1.5 miles of Lake Travis waterfront, five miles of hiking trails, and dedicated courts for tennis, pickleball, and padel. Reservations are currently open, allowing guests to book stays that focus on preventive medicine, metabolic health, and human performance ahead of the official autumn launch.
