Kelley Drye & Warren LLP has moved its San Diego office from La Jolla to a 5,000-square-foot space at 12481 High Bluff Drive in Del Mar. The relocation signals a strategic push to bolster the firm’s California presence, providing a centralized hub for client engagement and regional collaboration.

The new facility features a modern conference center intended to host industry programming and high-level client meetings. Managing Partner Dana Rosenfeld noted that the expansion is part of a broader effort to build an integrated, statewide platform across California. This move complements recent firm growth, including the opening of a San Francisco office and the strategic hiring of privacy partner Kate Black and litigation partner Tom Rybarczyk in Los Angeles.

Partners Rebecca Durrant, Andrew Homer, and Kristine Pirnia lead the San Diego team, focusing on environmental, international trade, and litigation practice areas. According to Andrew Homer, the Del Mar location provides a superior environment for fostering relationships within the local business community. This transition follows similar office moves by the firm in Washington, D.C., New Jersey, and Connecticut, reflecting a wider trend of upgrading workspaces to accommodate evolving client needs and talent acquisition.
