ResiHome Secures Management Contract for 1,000 McKinley Homes Units

The agreement leverages McKinley Homes’ construction footprint across the Southeast and ResiHome’s specialized management platform. By integrating these properties, the companies aim to stabilize operations within "hybrid" neighborhoods, where build-to-rent units coexist alongside traditional for-sale housing. Mentor Sokoli, president of ResiHome, noted that the collaboration aligns with the company's mission to standardize service quality across diverse residential assets.

For McKinley Homes, the deal serves as an operational hand-off that allows the developer to focus exclusively on construction. Founder Jinsong Yang cited ResiHome’s tech-forward approach as the primary driver for the partnership, ensuring that community maintenance and resident services remain consistent as the developer scales. Transition efforts for the eight communities are currently underway, with leasing information now available through the ResiHome portal.
