His background includes overseeing international training operations for CAE’s defense segment across fifty countries. At Constellis, he will focus on financial discipline and the infrastructure required to support the company’s global expansion.

Sondhi brings more than 25 years of expertise in scaling technology-driven enterprises, most recently leading cybersecurity operations for the Americas at Accenture. His mandate involves bridging business development with digital innovation, including the deployment of AI-enabled capabilities.
