The board declared a dividend of 90 cents per share for the 3.60% Series Preferred Stock, set for distribution on December 1, 2026. Shareholders of record by November 13, 2026, are eligible for this payment. Additionally, the company confirmed a dividend of $1.50 per share on its Six Per Cent Preferred Stock. This second payout is scheduled for January 31, 2027, with the record date for stockholders established as January 14, 2027.

Operating under the We Energies brand, the utility provides electricity to over 1.1 million customers and supplies natural gas to more than 522,000 accounts across Wisconsin. The declarations follow the company's standard financial reporting cycle as a core subsidiary of the NYSE-listed WEC Energy Group.
