The platform integrates three core products—Revinate Pathways, Revinate Vault, and a new version of Revinate Chat—to unify guest records and execute intent-based actions. Unlike standard CRM tools or customer data platforms that simply store information, this system utilizes an AI intelligence layer named Ivy to predict individual guest needs. CEO Bryson Koehler noted that the company is shifting focus from foundational data cleanup to automated outcomes, allowing hotels to capitalize on booking moments through sharper, responsive interactions.
Revinate Pathways replaces traditional bulk email marketing with automated SMS and email journeys triggered by specific guest events, such as birthdays or abandoned booking carts. Supporting this, Revinate Vault functions as a centralized repository for property-specific information, including spa hours and policies. Ivy reads these documents to power Revinate Chat, which now resolves up to 80% of routine guest inquiries automatically. By linking these tools, the platform ensures that guest questions captured in chat are integrated directly into their profiles, enriching the data available for future marketing.
The system relies on Revinate Core, a platform that resolves records from hundreds of disparate systems into 1.25 billion Rich Guest Profile entries. CTO David Stephens emphasized that the effectiveness of their synthetic data engine stems from hospitality-specific modeling, which merges multiple interactions—such as room, table, and spa bookings—into a single guest identity without compromising privacy.
