Michael Masiuk Joins B. Riley Securities to Lead Expansion in TMT and Sports

Masiuk brings over 25 years of experience spanning investment banking, hedge funds, and the entertainment industry. His professional background includes senior roles at Clear Street, where he led proprietary deal origination, as well as tenures at Cantor Fitzgerald and The Schottenfeld Group. At B. Riley, he will focus on bridging the gap between private growth-stage capital and public market execution, a strategy the firm views as critical for companies navigating current market transitions.

CEO Andy Moore noted that Masiuk’s arrival underscores a broader institutional effort to secure senior talent in high-growth verticals. The appointment aims to leverage Masiuk's established network among founders and institutional investors to drive complex transactions, ranging from crossover rounds to full-scale public market exits. Masiuk holds a B.A. from Saint Anselm College.
