The Kayon Resort Expands Ubud Retreats with Six New Private Villas

The new collection includes four Premier Pool Villas and two Royal Jacuzzi Pool Villas. Each unit emphasizes privacy and local aesthetics, utilizing natural materials and earthy textures to mirror the resort’s dense forest setting. The 75-square-metre Premier Pool Villas feature private infinity-edge pools and signature terrazzo bathtubs, while the more expansive 85-square-metre Royal Jacuzzi units incorporate sunken outdoor whirlpools tailored for honeymooners and private celebrations.

Resort Manager I Made Suyasa noted that the project is a direct response to guests prioritizing personalized, intimate stays over traditional hotel layouts. Beyond the villa walls, occupants gain access to established resort amenities, including daily breakfast at Kepitu Restaurant, afternoon tea at the Canyon Jetty Waterfall, and guided cultural sessions. This addition signals a strategic shift for the property as it doubles down on its reputation as a specialized sanctuary for couples seeking isolation within the Ubud rainforest.
