Kawneer Reshapes Western Leadership to Drive North American Growth

Jen Brown joins the organization as Regional Manager, taking charge of operations across the Western U.S. and Canada. Her arrival coincides with the promotion of Craig Gauger, previously the representative for Northern California, who now transitions into a broader role managing agency relationships across all western markets. Kate Anderson, Vice President of Sales and Customer Operations, noted that these appointments are intended to capitalize on the firm’s current regional momentum.

Beyond internal staffing, Kawneer is broadening its physical presence through new agency partnerships. PGP, which already manages the company’s interests in Texas, will extend its reach into Colorado, Arizona, Wyoming, and New Mexico. Simultaneously, BP Architectural Products has been tapped to oversee the California and Nevada markets. These firms will now serve as the primary on-the-ground resources for architects and contractors, aiming to provide the localized support necessary to sustain Kawneer’s building envelope solutions in these high-growth territories.
